Will I get to see a proof?

If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.

What's your turnaround time?

Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.

Can I rush my order?

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.

Love this item so much, the quality is amazing and communication with seller was excellent. Unfortunately due to covid and winter storms it did take a while to get to me however it was definitely worth the wait and we can't wait to put it up. Absolutely would recommend this seller and would order from them again.
