Song Lyrics: Provide the artist/song title in the personalized field and we will be happy to source the lyrics for you. During the proofing process you can review for errors to ensure we have the correct version of your song. If you prefer to provide the lyrics, you can use the notes field at checkout or email them to us at cs@hunnycombproverbs.com
Photos: After placing your order, please send your photo to cs@hunnycombproverbs.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Wedding Vows or other wording:Provide the wording or vows in the personalized field before adding to cart. If you prefer to send the wording via email, please include your order number in the subject line and email us at cs@hunnycombproverbs.com

Will I get to see a proof?
If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.
What's your turnaround time?
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.

Excellent quality product. The design is beautiful. Great anniversary gift! The seller was accurate with my lyrics and, as stated, contacted me to verify their accuracy before making the artwork.
Noelle was wonderful at creating a piece that wasn't even list on her site! She does fantastic work!
While the item itself was nice when it arrived, the shop mailed the wrong item to me at first and even though I returned to sender with UPS as instructed by the shop - having never opened the erronious package after being warned by the shop an error occured, I still got the stuck with the invoice for duties for an item shipped to me in error. Not a small extra cost either. It's 1/3 the price of the item I purchased and also paid duties on.
