The wrong date was printed on our wedding...
The wrong date was printed on our wedding sign. The correct date was submitted but they still printed the wrong one. Contacted Noelle and she refused to take any responsibility for the mistake and will not fix it unless I pay another $106 because apparently that's her cost for supplies. I find that very hard to believe considering the sign was only $150 with shipping. I respectfully asked her to meet me in the middle and find another solution and she never even responded. Very disappointing and horrible customer service on her end. Now I just have a useless piece of tin sitting in my garage.
