If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.

Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.

BEWARE! Item description is extremely deceiving! The measurements are in INCHES! All the sample photos show a rather large sign, make sure you triple check the measurements before purchasing. I am quite upset I spent almost $100 on an anniversary gift we can hardly read.
The end result looked something more like a desk name plate. I bought this as a wedding present for a friend but don't feel I can gift it to her considering the quality.
