During the proofing process you can review for errors to ensure we have the correct version of your song. Wedding Vows or other wording: Enter your wording or vows in the personalization fields before adding to cart.

Will I get to see a preview?

Yes. Most proofs are ready for review within 24 to 36 hours. You'll receive an email notification when yours is ready; simply follow the prompts from there.

I haven't received my proof.

If it has been more than 36 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder for an email from cs@honeycombproverbs.com. You can reply directly to that email with any questions.

What's your turnaround time?

Production takes about 3-6 working days. Shipping is free by economy service (USPS, UPS or FedEx) from San Antonio, TX, and most orders arrive 2-8 business days after they ship, depending on your location.
