I loved the idea of this item and looking at the pictures and reviews from others I definitely thought this item would be different than what was received. It was much smaller than I expected, the etching of the song is barely visible until you are literally holding it to your face and the backing to hang is nothing more than an art gator board with holes carved out. I do like the item but really feel it was much too expensive for what it is. Gave 5 stars for customer service, seller was courteous and attentive, the item arrived in expected time frame and was well packaged. -

The custom-made bronze metal vinyl record-style wall artwork is at masterpiece. My wife said it's the best personal gift she's ever received. Happy wife, happy life!
My only minor comment is to check every word for spelling as one word was misspelled despite it being correct in the submission. The seller quickly corrected it when I pointed it out. It was probably due to the content being typed instead of copy-pasted, so the seller should probably always copy-paste everything (and inform the buyer if they also notice a misspelling).
This is only a recommendation to buyers and not a criticism of the product as the product is absolutely perfect, and worth every penny. It will be a centerpiece on the wall over our bed when I get round to hanging it. -

The service and frame were great, the only issue I had is that it came damaged in the corner of the frame, and that appears to be a shipping issue from what I can tell. I am trying to see where I can take it to have it repaired without damaging the actual piece as I do not want to cause anything else on it to get damaged. -
